Just to be clear folks. I’m talking about chocolate that has a high percentage of cocoa here. 65% or more of cocoa should be in the chocolate. Don’t buy anything under 65%. It’s full of sugar and it will only make you more fat and thus more depressed.
Natural antidepressant - Chocolate
Anyway, chocolate (cocoa) has this substance Serotonin which is stimulates the brain and is a natural antidepressant. I’ve found about this fact some months ago. So I started buying chocolate with high percentage of cocoa and I really noticed a mood swing for the better. I was happier and had more energy to do things.

You should also try it out - it really can’t hurt you or anything. And I would love to hear your opininion about chocolate as an natural antidepressant.
